This policy explains what Master Games Technologies Private Limited ("Master Games", "we") collects when you use mastergames.com and the Master Games app, why, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- Account data — mobile number, display name, state of residence, device identifier.
- KYC data — PAN and one government ID, collected only before your first withdrawal and stored encrypted.
- Transaction data — deposits, withdrawals, game results and game histories.
- Usage data — app version, crash logs, and website analytics (only after you consent to analytics cookies).
Why we use it
To run your account and games, process payments, meet legal KYC and anti-fraud obligations, detect collusion, provide support, and — with your consent — measure how the website performs. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Payment processors (for UPI and bank transfers), KYC verification providers, cloud hosting in India, and authorities when required by law. Each processor is bound by contract to use data only for the service they provide.
Your rights
You can access, correct or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for analytics at any time, from Account › Privacy or by emailing [email protected]. Transaction and KYC records are retained for the period required by Indian law after account closure.
