Terms of Service

By creating a Master Games account you agree to these terms with Master Games Technologies Private Limited. Please read them; the short version is that you must be an adult in a permitted state, play fairly, and keep your account to yourself.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, resident in India, and not in a state where the relevant game is prohibited. One account per person. Employees of Master Games and their immediate family may not play real-money games.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and OTPs private. We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, collusion, multi-accounting or use of automation, and withhold related winnings pending investigation.
3. Deposits, withdrawals and fees
Deposits are in INR via UPI or net banking. Withdrawals require completed KYC and go to a UPI ID or bank account in your name. Platform fees (rake or entry fees) are shown at each table before you join. Applicable taxes are deducted as required by law.
4. Fair play
Game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator and, where applicable, the decisions of players. Chip dumping, sharing hand information, bots and exploiting bugs are prohibited. Disconnections are handled by the rules shown on each game page.
5. Bonuses and promotions
Welcome, deposit and referral bonuses are credited as bonus chips with their own terms, shown in the app before you accept them. Bonus chips must be played through the number of times stated in the offer before any winnings from them can be withdrawn; they expire on the date shown and are removed unused. One bonus per person, household and device. We may withhold or reverse a bonus and related winnings where an offer is claimed through multiple accounts, self-referral or any other misuse, and we may end or change a promotion at any time for new claims.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Deposits are credited to your wallet, not spent, so a deposit you have not used can be withdrawn at any time after KYC, without fee. A stake placed in a completed deal, hand, spin or round is not refundable. If a game is interrupted by a fault on our side, stakes in that round are returned to every player's wallet automatically; if a game is interrupted by your own connection, the disconnection rules published on that game's page apply. A withdrawal can be cancelled from Wallet › History until it shows as Processing.
7. Taxes
Under Section 194BA of the Income-tax Act, 1961, tax is deducted at source at 30% on net winnings from online games at the time of withdrawal and at the end of each financial year on any remaining net winnings. The deduction is shown line by line in Wallet › History, and a TDS certificate (Form 16A) is available in Account › Tax documents each quarter. GST applicable to deposits is included in the amounts shown before you confirm a deposit. You are responsible for reporting winnings in your own tax return.
8. Dormant accounts
An account with no login for 12 months is marked dormant. We email and SMS the registered contacts 30 days before that date. A dormant account is charged a maintenance fee of ₹50 a month or the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or you log in again. Balances on dormant accounts with completed KYC can be withdrawn at any time by logging in; balances on accounts without KYC are returned to the original payment source where the payment provider allows it.
9. Responsible gaming
Deposit limits, session reminders, loss limits, breaks and self-exclusion are available in Account › Responsible Gaming and are described on the Responsible Gaming page. A self-exclusion cannot be lifted early. We may also restrict or close an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe the holder is under 18, is playing from a restricted state, or is at risk of harm.
10. Disputes and time limits
A dispute about a specific deal, hand, spin, round, deposit or withdrawal must be raised through in-app chat or [email protected] within 30 days of the event, quoting the table or round ID. We answer within 48 hours and give a final decision within 30 days. If you disagree with the decision you may escalate to the grievance officer at [email protected]. Any claim not raised within 30 days of the event is waived. Court proceedings, if any, are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, and these terms are governed by Indian law.
11. Suspension, termination and liability
You may close your account at any time from Account › Privacy after withdrawing your balance. We may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, collusion, chargebacks or legal requirement, and may hold funds for up to 90 days while an investigation or a payment reversal is resolved; lawful balances are returned when it ends. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the balance of your wallet at the time of the event, except where Indian law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for losses caused by your device, network or a third-party payment service outside our control.
12. Intellectual property and changes
Master Games, its logo, the game names and all app content belong to Master Games Technologies Private Limited and may not be copied, redistributed or used in another app or website without written permission. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in the app and by email 14 days in advance, and continuing to play after that date is acceptance of the new terms. If you do not accept them, withdraw your balance and close your account before they take effect.
