Responsible Gaming at Master Games

Age and eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a resident of an Indian state where these games are permitted. Age is verified through KYC before any withdrawal, and accounts found to belong to minors are closed with funds returned to the source.
Limits you can set
- Deposit limit — daily, weekly or monthly cap. Lowering takes effect immediately; raising takes effect after 24 hours.
- Session reminder — a notification every 30, 60 or 90 minutes of play showing time and net result.
- Loss limit — stop real-money play for the day once a chosen amount is lost. Auto-spin and auto cash-out stop the moment it is reached.
Take a break or self-exclude
In Account › Responsible Gaming you can pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, or self-exclude for 3 or 6 months. During exclusion you cannot log in or deposit, and we do not send you promotional messages. Exclusions cannot be lifted early.
Signs to watch for
- Playing to win back losses, or playing longer than you planned most sessions.
- Borrowing money or delaying bills to deposit.
- Hiding how much you play from family.
