Master Games never asks for your OTP, password, UPI PIN or any payment. Our team will never call you. Anyone who does is attempting fraud — end the call and report the number below.

Account & login
How do I log in to Master Games?
Open the app, enter your mobile number, and type the 6-digit OTP sent by SMS. There is no password by default. Logging in on a new phone signs you out of the old one.
I am not receiving the OTP
Wait 60 seconds and tap Resend. Check that the number is active and not in DND for transactional SMS. If it still fails, contact in-app chat with your number.
How do I create an account?
Install the app from the Download page, tap Register, confirm your mobile number with the OTP, confirm you are 18 or older and select your state. Registration takes about a minute; KYC is only required before your first withdrawal.

Where do I download Master Games?
Only from mastergames.com/download. We do not publish on Google Play or third-party APK sites.
How do I update the app?
The app prompts you when a new version is available. You can also download the latest APK from the Download page and install it over the current one; your account and wallet are unaffected.
Payments & KYC
Which payment methods are supported?
UPI (all major apps) and net banking for deposits; UPI and bank transfer for withdrawals.
Why do I need KYC?
Indian law requires identity verification before any withdrawal. Upload your PAN and a government ID in Account › KYC. Verification usually completes within 24 hours.
How long do withdrawals take?
UPI: typically within a few hours. Bank transfer: 1–2 working days.
Safety
Does Master Games ask for my OTP or password?
Never. Our team will never call you or ask for an OTP, password, PIN or payment on any channel.
How do I set a spending limit?
Account › Responsible Gaming lets you set daily deposit limits, session reminders, or self-exclude for 7 days to 6 months.

- Have your registered mobile number ready. For a game dispute, note the table or round ID and time; histories are saved for 90 days.
- For withdrawal delays, wait for the time shown in Wallet before contacting us: UPI up to a few hours, bank transfer 1–2 working days.
